This pricing range is for weddings of 100 or more guests (or willing to pay for 100) between the months of May through October. This Event Package Includes: • Rental of the Marcraig House and Event Pavilion for getting ready, cocktail hour, ceremony and reception • Complete and customizable meals for you and your guests • Basic white or ivory linen tablecloths and linen napkins • White or ivory skirting for all service tables • Bartenders, disposable barware, bar napkins, and ice • China, flatware, and water glasses at guest seats • Traying and displaying of cookies • Cutting and serving of wedding cake Please see attachments for more specific pricing details (listed as a per-person cost).

Available Options: 1) 1.5 Hour Ceremony Only This package includes time for ceremony and pictures only; you get ready off-site. We provide garden style ceremony chairs which we will set-up and tear-down prior to and after the ceremony. We also open the bathrooms that are closet to your ceremony site. From May through October, ceremonies can occur on Mondays through Thursdays (some exceptions may apply). Mid-November through Mid-April, ceremonies can be done any day of the week so long as no other events are taking place. *50 guest maximum 2) 3 Hour Ceremony Only This package includes time to get ready in our bridal and groom suites on the second floor of the Marcraig House, and time for ceremony and pictures. We provide garden style ceremony chairs which we will set-up and tear-down prior to and after the ceremony. We also open the bathrooms that are closest to your ceremony site. From May through October, ceremonies can occur on Mondays through Thursdays (some exceptions may apply). Mid-November through Mid-April, ceremonies can be done any day of the week so long as no other events are taking place. *50 guest maximum 3) Marcraig House Wedding This package includes set up of our chairs and tables for ceremony and reception. Medure’s Catering is our exclusive caterer for food and service. From May through October, this space can only be rented on Mondays through Thursdays (some exceptions may apply). Mid-November through Mid-April, this space can be rented any day of the week so long as no other events are taking place. The House can seat up to 58 people in separate rooms with the largest room seating up to 38 people, or up to 100 people in a mingling style reception where not everyone is seated. In good weather, the brick patio can be used as well. 4) Open-Air Wedding This package includes set up of our chairs and tables for ceremony and reception. Both reception and cocktail hour occur under the Pavilion. Medure’s Catering is our exclusive caterer for food and service. The Pavilion can seat up to 160. May through October, these can only occur Monday-Thursday (some exceptions may apply). Marcraig House The Marcraig House is perfect for corporate day retreats, showers, birthday parties, meetings and can accommodate up to 100 people in a mingling reception style, where not everyone is seated. The House can seat up to 58 people in separate rooms with the largest room seating up to 38 people. In good weather, the brick patio can be used as well. $600 for 4 hours of total time with additional hours at $100 per hour. Marcraig House events can only be scheduled Monday-Thursday during the months of May-October to accommodate our wedding schedule. From November through mid-April, these could be booked on any day if not in conflict with other activities, programs or events on the property. Barn Classroom The Barn Classroom is an open room that opens up to the back yard of the barn and oversees the nature play area can seat up to 60 people at tables. $400 for 4 hours of total time with additional hours at $100. Includes set up of our chairs and tables. Can be booked year-round, any day; however, from May-October, it is best when these end and are cleaned up by 4 pm on Saturdays, and 3pm on Sundays. Pavilion Overlooking the back pond and manicured grass lawn, the Pavilion can seat up to 160 people and is $500 for 4 hours. Additional hours at $100/hour. Includes round tables and chairs. Pavilion can be booked Monday-Thursday, May-October.
