However, You are responsible for us being able to get into the venue or event site at times we need, or giving a contact name and working phone number of a person who has permission to do so. We will travel to you, but, Please understand, a travel fee may apply Deposit must be paid in full at time of order to book and reserve date. Balance due must be paid in full, one full week before event date. No full refunds. Partial refund may be possible if event is cancelled 4 months before event date.
