For four hours: $1200 (includes parking direction, golf cart transportation from the parking area to Barn, staff director for the party, tables, and chairs) Up to 100 guests, above price For every 25 additional guests, an additional $400 (capacity of Barn is 150 guests) Certified caterer required. Discounted pricing available for both our Lodge and Cabin for overnight stays.

Each of our Outdoor Wedding Packages includes: Use of property for the entire day of your event Choice of outdoor wedding site on our 35 acres Facility manager on-site during the event (who will also guide you and your wedding planner prior to event) Day of event coordination Rehearsal coordination, the day prior to the event, at the same time as the ceremony On-site parking with direction Event set-up and clean-up Availability to decorate, afternoon prior and day of Discounted overnight stays at the Lodge and Cabin Package 1 – Small but Elegant $3,500 All above, plus: Wedding/Reception for up to 50 guests, reception at Lodge Bridal prep at Lodge Package 2 – Fabulous $5,900 All above, plus: Wedding/reception for up to 100 guests, reception at our covered outdoor Bon Ton Pavilion; up to five hours, reception style Tables and chairs included (10 round tables for 6-8, 5 rectangular tables for 8-10, miscellaneous tables for cake, guest register, etc.) White linens for all tables Two golf carts with drivers to transport guests throughout the property during the event Bride and groom transport from the ceremony site to Pavilion Bridal prep in Lodge, Groomsmen prep in Cabin Package 3 – Flawless $7,000 Same as Fabulous above, for up to 150 guests BTW, there are no gratuity or service charges.
