This package includes 5 hours of event time, starting when you say your guests are to arrive. You are responsible for setting the start and end time for your event.
Damage Deposit. A damage deposit of $400, (hereinafter Damage Deposit) shall be collected from the Renter OR secured as a charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will be reimbursed 2 days after the event following The Palladium Event Center’s confirmation of non-damage. After the event, The Palladium Event Center shall apply deposit against payment for any damages and any other charges incurred, and net amount shall be due and payable to The Palladium Event Center by Renter, or any unused portion of deposit shall be returned to Renter after, and if, all conditions outlined in this agreement, including Additional Conditions section are fulfilled by the Renter, to The Palladium Event Center’s satisfaction. The Damage Deposit shall be returned to Renter following The Palladium Event Center’s confirmation that no damage has occurred to the Event Center premises, and surrounding property. Renter agrees that if the damages actually exceed the amount of the Damage Deposit collected, then the Renter is liable for the difference. Renter further agrees that if the same is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay the costs of collecting the amount due, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
A non-refundable security deposit for a minimum of $500.00 plus any known fees of additional vendors secured by The Palladium Event Center shall be due at the time of reserving the date for the event, and shall be deposited in the Event Center account. 50% of the total agreed upon cost shall be due 60 days prior to the event, and the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Package includes: Grand Ballroom area only. There will be a total of 200 chairs, 30 tables, and security officer(s). This package is for a Saturday event only! Any day other than Saturday is 20% off this standard package (Sunday - Friday). Please contact us for further information concerning this package. Additional terms may apply.

Any day other than Saturday is 25% off this package Sunday - Friday. Yes! you can reduce the price by choosing a day other Saturday.
