Terms and Conditions

- A 50% Deposit is required to book any event or the creation of any custom candy treats or candy baskets. - Deposit is FULLY refundable a week prior to the event date provided no custom candy creations were made or ordered for the event up until that date. Last minute cancellations will result in a zero refund. - Remaining 50% balance is due the day of the event. - All custom orders and or any services rendered in order to create custom treats will be non-refundable and may be subject to additional charges should those orders or candy creations exceed the cost of the initial deposit. However, refunds will be given whenever humanely possible.
