A conference room is also available for use. Assorted tables and chairs are on site. Lighting and grip gear is also available for rent.
This rental includes a 12 ton unit of AC in the open space as well as central AC in the support rooms.
Facility is located in a clean and central location in Burbank by the 5 Freeway, across the way from the Burbank Empire Center with dozens of stores. The area has lots of surrounding parking and is very event and music friendly, without residential areas in it's close proximity.
