Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your charter, please do so at least 7 days in advance via email. If you cancel within 7 days, the money paid will not be refunded. If the charter is canceled before the 7 days, you have one year from the date of the original event to rebook. You have 1 chance to rebook the event
Liability: L3, Islands Entertainment or the client who charters the boat, and all staff are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on board the vessel.
You have to be at least 21 years old to charter the boat.
Alcohol Policy: You have to be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. Alcohol is allowed on board, but please drink responsibly. Anyone who is deemed to be under the influence will not be served any additional alcoholic beverages.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on board the vessel, unless the smoking package is purchased and it is in the designated area of the boat. Marijuana is not allowed on the boat including Delta 8, 9 or 10 or any versions of THC/CBD products. If someone is smoking anything that is not permitted on board the boat the Captain will notify the client and return to the dock. The event will remain at the dock for the remainder of the chartered time.
Hookah: Hookah is allowed on the boat, but it is separate from the smoking area and incurs an additional charge. The client is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials for the hookah area. There is a limit on the number of people allowed in the hookah area at any given time, and it is in a designated area of the boat. Marijuana and other forms of THC/CBD products are not permitted on the boat, and if someone is caught smoking something that is not allowed, the Captain will notify the client and the event will return to the dock for the remainder of the chartered time.
Weapons: No weapons of any type are allowed aboard the boat.
Violence: Fighting of any kind on board the boat will result in a cancellation of the event. The boat will return to the dock and the event will end. Hall County Officers will be present at the dock or will be contacted if needed to accompany anyone off of the boat and the dock.
Damages: The charter company will not be responsible for any damages caused by the passengers. The client that chartered the boat is responsible for all damages and any charges that are required to cover all damage repairs. A $200 deposit on the day of the event will be required. The Captain will walk with the client at the beginning of the event and then at the end of the event to ensure that there are no damages.
Safety: Passengers are required to follow all safety instructions given by the crew.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding the charter should be reported to the charter company immediately.
