The Atrium @ 500 Seneca is a spacious, light-filled venue in the historic Hydraulics District of Downtown Buffalo.
This historic building used to be the former factory and offices of the F.N. Burt Company, once the world’s largest manufacturer of paper boxes. Transformed into a mixed use development facility, the building now features over 300,000 square feet of space for Class A offices, loft apartments, cultural space and storage space for tenants. The building features a large multi-story interior with a green atrium area, courtyard, tenant activity center with outdoor patio, conference center, and fitness center.
