Basic Amenities: Approx 2000 sq ft of heated/air-conditioned indoor space with ample natural light, ADA-accessible restrooms, & waste/recycle service.
Tables & Chairs: 60" rounds, 4 farm tables, 1 sweetheart table, 5 pub tables, black resin chairs, & assorted accent chairs. Setup/teardown included.
Decor: Access to votives, LED candles, centerpiece rounds, lanterns, bud vases, and more. Wedding clients may select from multiple ceremony arches.
Signage: Personalized welcome sign, bar menu, etc.
Games: Shuffleboard, foosball, corn hole.
Audio-visual: Bluetooth speaker / PA system with microphone; TV for presentation or slideshow.
Getting Ready Suites: 2 private rooms available for dressing, hair/makeup, personal storage during event, Mother's Room, etc.
Bar / Beverage: Stylish wet bar with refrigerated rolling bar; beverage tubs.
Prep Kitchen: Catering prep kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, sink & prep table.
Venue Staff: Onsite Venue Host to assist with audio-visual and maintenance.
Online Portal: Access to contract, invoice, checklists & venue communication.

Event Assistant: $25/hour, minimum of 3 hours. Need help with bussing tables or stocking the buffet? Our event assistants have their food handler's permit. They can also help with load-in/load-out and/or other moving parts.
Hourly rate for non-wedding events. (Example: parties, wedding/baby showers, corporate events, celebrations of life, rehearsal dinners, after parties, etc.)
