AFFORDABLE PARTY PLANNER is the preferred planner for multiple venues around the Denver metro area, and even a few that are further out. On top of venue services, we also offer event planning, catering, and decoration services for any interested parties.

Our conference room venue starts at $65/hour and is available 7 days of the week. Controlled building access helps give you peace of mind.
Schedule a tour of one of our venues of the month and receive a $1,000 credit for your Special Event reservation of $6,000.00 or more (Offer expires November 1st, 2023). Tours are available Monday through Wednesday 6pm-9pm. Tastings are held every Wednesday evening between 6pm and 8pm. Reserve your spot soon as seats are limited. You will experience our catering and bar options at any of our featured event venues of the month.
