Terms and Conditions
1. Capacity: The space can accommodate up to 330 guests, depending on the setup. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
2. Rental Fees: Pricing is determined by factors such as weekday or weekend rates, hours of use, guest count, and required staff/security.
3. Amenities Included: Rentals include access to in-house tables and chairs, private meeting spaces, hair and makeup areas, and support from an event coordinator.
4. Booking Requirements: To secure a date, a signed agreement, a 50% deposit, and a $500 refundable security deposit are required.
5. Setup & Cleanup: Early load-ins and late load-outs can be arranged pending availability. Hosts are responsible for removing décor, food, and personal items by the agreed vacate time.
6. Insurance: Corporate vendors must provide a valid certificate of insurance for the event duration.
7. Vendor Policy: We allow an open-vendor policy but can recommend trusted vendors for your convenience.
8. Food & Catering: Outside food and private chefs are welcome; however, the space includes a kitchenette for warming and plating only—no cooking facilities are available.
9. Decor Restrictions: Candles must be enclosed in containers taller than the flame, and certain decoration types may be restricted to avoid damage or extensive cleanup.
10. Accessibility: The loft is wheelchair accessible to ensure inclusivity for all guests.
11. Parking Options: Street parking is available, with paid parking located one block away.
12. Minimum Rental Time: A 4-hour minimum rental ensures adequate time for setup and teardown without stress for hosts or vendors.
