PAYMENT TERMS :
PAYMENT SCHEDULE EVENTS GREATER THAN 120 DAYS AWAY: 1/3 due at contract signing. 1/3 due 60 days prior to event. 1/3 due midway between contract signing and final payment.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE EVENTS LESS THAN 120 DAYS AWAY: 1/2 Due at contract signing. 25% midway between downpayment and last payment. 25% due 30 prior to event date.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE EVENTS LESS THAN 30 DAYS AWAY: Full payment Due at contract signing.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 refundable venue security deposit added to all contracts to ensure against venue damages, returned after event pending no damages and on time exit from venue.
PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED:
CASH - Studio 17 Bushwick LLC does not accept cash
ZELLE - Transfer bank to bank FREE of charge
CREDIT CARDS, CASH APP, & OTHER 3rd PARTY PAYMENT PLATFORMS - 2.75%-3.4% processing fee
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
- CONTRACT SIGNED GREATER THAN 120 DAYS FROM EVENT DATE: 100% refund up to one week from contract signing; 75% refund up to 2 weeks from contract signing; 50% refund up to 3 weeks from contract signing; 25% refund up to 4 weeks from contract signing. No refund greater than 4 weeks from contract signing. $300 non-refundable administrative fee deducted from all cancellations.
- CONTRACT SIGNED FEWER THAN 120 DAYS FROM EVENT DATE: No refunds for any payment made on events less than 120 days from contract signing.
- ADDITIONAL STAFF SERVICE CANCELLATIONS incur 50% cancellation fee up to two months prior to event. No refund for staff services cancellations less than 1 month in advance of event.
- CONTRACTUAL CHANGES (fee applies) not permitted less than one month in advance of event.
- DATE CHANGE is equivalent to CANCELLATION.
- MINIMUM CONTRACT AGE: 26
