We hired Brooke Costello and his crew to feed 150 of our closest friends and family for 2 days for our wedding last summer. The wedding was way upstate on a farm and most of the food was grown there or nearby. In addition to planning the menu and cooking, Brooke managed to coordinate his staff travel, food ordering, pick ups and a local catering staff and was cool and collected throughout. His staff was terrific and flexible with our unique situation that required so much travel. And most importantly all of the food was AMAZING! our guests are still talking about the smoked fried chicken and the housemade lamb merguez. Best of all, my father (who raised the animals) was thrilled with the catering. And he is NEVER happy with caterers. All of this was done within what seemed in NYC to be an impossible budget. Brooke is a cook, not just a caterer, and understands the value and importance of food. I would recommend him to ANY of our friends without reservation. Thanks Brooke!
