Parkway Studios - Terms and Conditions for Rental Welcome to Parkway Studios. By renting our studio space, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These conditions are designed to protect Parkway Studios, its customers, and the overall quality and safety of our services. Please read them carefully. ## 1. **Booking and Payments** - **Reservations:** All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Parkway Studios reserves the right to decline any reservation request. - **Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit of [60%] of the rental fee is required to secure your booking. - **Payment:** Full payment is due 7days before your event. Payments can be made by credit card, cash or electronically (Zelle , Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or any approved payment method listed on our website. - **Cancellations:** Cancellations made within [specify time frame] are non-refundable. Cancellations made before this period will forfeit the deposit but incur no further fees. 2. **Usage and Conduct** - **Permitted Activities:** The studio is available for photography, videography, rehearsals, and other pre-approved activities. Parkway Studios must approve any other intended use prior to booking. - **Respect for Property:** Clients agree to respect all studio equipment, furniture, and facilities. Any damages caused to the property or equipment during the rental period are the responsibility of the client, and additional charges may apply. - **Noise and Disturbance:** Clients are expected to keep noise levels at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing other tenants or neighbors. - **Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking:** Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the studio unless previously authorized by Parkway Studios in writing. 3. **Access and Security** - **Access to Studio:** Clients will be granted access to the studio for the duration specified in their booking. Any additional time will incur an extra charge. - **Security Deposit:** Parkway Studios may require a security deposit to cover potential damages. This deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the premises after use. - **Studio Access Code/Key:** Clients will be provided with temporary access codes or keys to enter the studio. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these are returned or reset at the end of the rental period. 4. **Health and Safety** - **Compliance:** Clients are required to adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including fire exits, maximum occupancy limits, and emergency protocols as displayed in the studio. - **Accidents and Injuries:** Parkway Studios is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property occurring on the premises. Clients are advised to secure insurance coverage for their equipment and personal items. - **Cleanliness:** The studio should be returned in the same condition it was found. Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their use, including disposing of all trash and resetting any equipment or furniture moved during the session. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if necessary. 5. **Liability and Indemnity** - **Damage to Studio Property:** Clients assume responsibility for any damages caused to the studio, equipment, or property. Costs of repairs or replacements will be billed to the client. - **Third-Party Liability:** Parkway Studios assumes no responsibility for claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of any unauthorized use of the premises or third-party involvement in activities on-site. - **Indemnity:** Clients agree to indemnify Parkway Studios against any claims, liabilities, or costs
