About Park Ave Loft
Our beautiful exposed brick Loft is over 3,800 sq ft of open and raw space. Originally the home of Golden Pickle Work, a Brooklyn-based pickling company.
We were very mindful to preserve the beautiful architectural elements of the space. Equipped with a brand-new elevator and AC/Heating system.

You are truly working with a blank space to make your vision come to life. I loved the fact that the rental space was not on the ground floor and guests had access to an elevator.
