Our weekend rates are for an 8 hour venue rental.
The rental includes our indoor space as well as our outdoor patio. Our 8 hour minimum helps account time for the event, as well as some time for it to set up and breakdown i.e., a five hour event, two hours to set up and an hour to break down and clean up.
The standard rental also includes up to 35 chairs (white folding chairs, gold chiavari or clear ghost chairs), 6 tables ( choices of 6ft rectangular, 48” rounds, high-boy or sweetheart tables to choose from), Wi-Fi, with the kitchen equipped for food warming and serving.
We also have our Styled By Jolie service which is custom priced according to the vision of your celebration, we offer free consultations after booking the venue if you are interested!

Because of the COVID-19 crisis, our maximum building capacity is currently at 40 people (including guests, vendors/caterers and staff on site) to maintain social distancing, until the city allows us to house our original capacity. Partying is allowed indoors, but in order to limit any potential spread of the virus, we ask for events to spread out their seating arrangements, (i.e., outdoor dining, spreading out tables throughout the studio, etc)
For security and crowd-control purposes, Additional doormen fees may apply for groups larger than 30 depending on the nature of the beverage intake during your event.
All payments our final and non-refundable. If we become restricted by law from hosting your event after confirming your event (ie, COVID shutdown), we will accommodate and move your event to a future time within a year’s time that will work. Rebookings beyond 12 Months from the original date may be subject to rate increases.
