Damage Deposit Terms: 1. Requirement: A damage deposit of $250, along with a valid ID and credit card (CC), is required to secure a booking at [Your Studio Name]. 2. Refund Policy: The damage deposit will be refunded in full within 3 business days after the event, provided there are no damages to the studio space. 3. Damage Assessment: The studio will conduct a thorough inspection of the premises after the event to assess for any damages. 4. Notification: In the event of damages, the studio will notify the booking party within 3 business days of the assessment and provide details of the damages and associated costs. 5. Deductions: The studio reserves the right to deduct from the damage deposit for any damages beyond reasonable wear and tear, as determined by the studio management. 6. Refund Process: The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. 7. Damages Exceeding Deposit: If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, the booking party will be responsible for covering the additional costs. 8. Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding damages or the refund of the damage deposit, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the issue. 9. Cancellation: If the booking is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the damage deposit will be refunded in full. 10. Right to Refuse Booking: The studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings from individuals or groups that have caused damages or have not complied with the terms of the rental agreement. Cancellation Policy: 1. Full Refund: Cancellations submitted up to 30 calendar days prior to the booking start time will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee. 2. Partial Refund: Cancellations submitted within 30 - 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. 3. Non-Refundable: Cancellations submitted less than 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time will be non-refundable. 4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking. 5. Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ellestudiosbrooklyn.com and confirmed by Anna. 6. Right to Modify: Elle Studios reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the booking party.
