About Common Meadows Creamery

Common Meadows Creamery is a wholesale gelato company started in 2022 by father and son duo, Martin and Max Bruhn. We operate out of our production facility in Sunset Park, Brooklyn and have outposts from New York City to Hudson Valley. Over our 30 years in the food industry, we have developed strong relationships with farms and growers in New York State and prioritize locally grown and sourced ingredients in our gelato. We are committed to creating quality products that stand the test of time. We use the absolute best ingredients in our products, which is why we attract and retain the most prestigious clientele. We partner with local New York State farms, as well as other small farms globally, such as Hattori Farms, who make the matcha we use in our gelato. Traditionally, gelato is an Italian treat, with an emphasis on Italian flavors. We have reinvented what it means to be a gelato company in New York City. We believe flavors from all cultures should be represented at Common Meadows Creamery. Some of our most popular flavors are inspired by New York City’s rich cultural melting pot. Soursop, turmeric ginger and fermented plum are a few examples of non-traditional flavors that are beloved by our customers. We operate this way because we know that quality cannot be compromised. The details matter, and the details are what make us exceptional.
