Facilities and Capacity The largest event room in the Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield is the Ambassador Ballroom. This room is extremely spacious with 4,032 sq ft of event space, and features a warm color palette and simple, modern decor. Dimmable wall sconces and ringed overhead chandeliers illuminate the room. The Ambassador Ballroom also includes a Prefunction area of approximately 1,700 sq ft of event space leading into the ballroom. This room can accommodate 400 people theater style, 240 people classroom style, and 250 people with banquet rounds. This room also comes with built-in air walls that allows us to break up the space into 5 different sections. The U.S. Army room offers 1,008 sq ft of event space. This room offers plenty of natural lighting, dimmable indoor lighting, and has no shared walls with other event space, allowing for more privacy if needed. The U.S. Army room can accommodate groups up to 100 people theater style, 80 people classroom style, and 40 people u-shape. For smaller groups, The Coast Guard room offers 390 sq ft of event space. This room also offers plenty of natural lighting and can accommodate up to 15 people for theater style, 10 people classroom, and 15 people with banquet rounds. The U.S. Air Force room offers 392 sq ft of event space. Aside from the wall mounted TV (available to rent) and a built in credenza lining the wall, this room is much like The Coast Guard room and can accommodate groups up to 15 people for theater style, 10 people classroom style, and 28 people u-shape. The Navy & Marine Corps Boardroom offers 336 sq ft of event space. This room has a large conference table in the middle of the room with 12 conference chairs, and has a wall mounted TV (available to rent) and a built in credenza lining the wall.
