TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
?The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or?all Agreements: "Client", "Customer", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website, contracting our services?and accepting the Company's Terms and conditions.
INVOICE:
The Business will invoice the Client Before Event Date for a Partial Deposit or Payment in Full for Services to be rendered. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or Termination of services.
BOOKING TERMS:
A deposit of at least 50% is required to reserve staff and date, payment in
full is required 3 business days prior to the event to consider services fully reserved. Although, There are circumstances where payments can be made on the day of the event upon request.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment must be made to the Business via cash, Venmo, Zelle, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method discussed directly with the Business. Client Ensures that all Payment details are accurate Prior to submitting for services. Any Inaccurate payments are at the sole responsibility of the client.
?REFUNDS:
?*NO REFUNDS within 72 hrs of event.?CANCELLATIONS POLICY ?*Cancellation must be made via text or email. ?*When an order is confirmed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ?total amount will be effective.
RIGHTS of CANCELLATION:
The performance of this Agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party - such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes (except those involving the party seeking the protection of this clause), or civil disorder-to the extent that such circumstance makes it illegal or impossible to provide services.?The performance of this Agreement is additionally subject to termination without liability if “PEW” is rendered unable to Provide Waitstaff or Bartenders, in which in that case “PEW” will provide a refund.
?INCIDENTAL:
Based upon the location of your event Premier Events employees may incur?parking fee, tolls or other transportation fees. All fees will be assessed on your invoice if incurred by our staff members
?CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS:
Client agrees to discuss and resolve any issues with Premier Events directly.
?LIABILITY WAIVER:
Premier Events does not endorse the over consumption of alcoholic beverages. The client assumes all liability for themselves and their party guest if any form of negligence?arises from the consumption of alcohol. Should the customer and/or his or her party guest(s) become ill and/or his or her guest(s) assume all responsibility for any financial expenses?including but not limited to medical bills, vehicle repairs, and all other damaged personal property. Premier Events Staffing ?members will not serve alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21; however, the customer is responsibility for monitoring the consumption of alcoholic beverage by guests who are considered minors in the the state of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
