Beautiful property, excellent experience - An Eventective User from Bronx, NY

When we began planning our wedding (in 2008), my fiance and I explored many different venues in the tri-state area. We were trying to accommodate about 100 people. We saw venues in four out of five boroughs as well as parts of Westchester. Pelham/Split Rock Golf Club was perfect for our wedding and reception. The staff was very helpful and communicative. We never felt talked-down-to. We also found that whenever we emailed, called, or dropped by, the people we dealt with were professional, responsive, and accommodating. The day of our event, it rained in the morning. The staff anticipated our needs and was prepared to move the ceremony indoors or outdoors as we decided. The food was excellent. We had a moderately-priced package but got a lot for our money. Our guests were very impressed with the decor, the food, the lush greenery, and overall we got rave reviews. Finally I must say the ample parking facilities, the beautifully appointed bridal suite, and the top-notch event assistant were the finishing touches on our experience. We were very happy with the service we got and the event assistant kept us on schedule. Pelham/Split Rock Golf Course is an excellent wedding/event venue and we felt our money was well spent.
