•Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner Management (up to one hour each)
•Create Floor Plan + Seating Chart
•Review all details + logistics planned for the wedding day
•Create a wedding day timeline
•Create a wedding day emergency kit based on Bride + Groom needs
•Set up ceremony + reception details, such as unity candles, aisle runners, place cards, favors etc
•Ceremony + Reception Management (Up to 10 hours)
•Attend to bride, groom + wedding party
•Distribute flowers, bouquets, pin corsages + boutonnières
•Assist guests + answer questions as needed
•Distribute remaining vendor balances + gratuities
•Resolve any ceremony + reception related problems that arise
•After-event clean up Assist site staff with general clean up
•Deliver gifts, remaining ceremony + reception items to designated location or person

In the event that our planning and consultation services are no longer required (cancellation of event, etc) Client Forfeitures all of deposit if the event is cancelled due to planning and purchases by Wild Lillies Events, LLC to help make your event successful. Upon signing this contract, client must submit a credit card authorization form in addition with deposit. Authorized credit card payments will be made the following business day after a missed payment.
Please note that there will be a $25 charge per day for late payments. Full payment must be received by the due date. If payment is late, the client will be responsible for any additional fees accumulated to get any party items in time for the party.
