The room located directly behind 620 State Restaurant can be set up for full service or buffet style lunches or dinners. The room features a 120 in HD projector with video conferencing technology. The HP King Room is the perfect room for any meeting up to 50 people. It can be set-up with round tables, horseshoe single sided tables, or multiple row theatre style seating.

The Caramel Mezzanine can accommodate up to 50 guests in an atmosphere unlike anything in the Tricities. Perfect for Birthday party's, Cocktail party's, Receptions and any other gathering events your imagination can dream up. The Mezzanine can be set-up for a variety of events. The lounge seating is great for a casual reception or reunion or just an intimate night out with your friends. It can also be set-up with dinner tables to accommodate a 20-30 person sit down dinner with full-service food and drinks for 620 State Restaurant. The Caramel Mezzanine has an independent sound system so that you can play your favorite station or bring you own music to hook into the state of the art sound system. A grand staircase and elevator access are available to the mezzanine level.

Our largest event room. With a capacity of nearly 400 people seated this room can host a variety of celebrations, conferences or wedding parties. Multiple packages and options are available including, lighting, stage smoke machines, full audio video with three 12' projection screens. The Foundation Rooms features 17 foot ceilings, a grand entrance, full bar, 16 foot windows looking out over State Street, and state of the art technology package. Original brick walls and LED spot lights wrap the entire room with well appointed dark wood features that give the room a rich warm environment. The room can be set up in 8-10 top round tables, multiple row theatre style, classroom style, and single sided tables for classroom type lectures. The stage has intelligent lighting package, wireless micro phones, (3) 12-foot HD projector screens with Bose speakers filling the entire space. The projectors can be used to show you favorite pictures, watch a football game, or speaker demonstrations. It is a one of a kind room located in a 110 + year old building in downtown Bristol, TN. Elevator and grand stairway access available. Parking lot of 100 spaces directly behind facility.
