$350.00 Deposit required to book the date of your event. You will receive this deposit back within 48-72 hours after your event if the following items from our final walk through are up to compliance. -All personal decor & party favors are removed & haven't caused any damage to the space. -Any leftover food & beverages are removed from coolers and refrigerators & taken home or thrown out. -No stains or spills have been left behind throughout and outside of the space. -All furniture is still intact & no broken items have been found. -All trash bags have been removed from each can and placed into the big construction bag provided by TBC Venues & left in the backroom. -All belongings have been taken with the party; no belongings left behind. -If the kitchen area was used, Sink and microwave are cleared of any leftover food items. -No major plumbing issues with bathrooms unless brought to TBC Venues attention.
