Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure rental date.
A refundable cleanup fee of $150.00 is required when booking. Cleanup fee will be refunded if the space is cleaned when event is complete.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be applied if rental date is cancelled.
The rental fee must be paid in full before the start of your event.
Interested parties have up until the day of the event to make all balances payable to Top Floor Lounge.
No refunds will be issued 2 weeks prior to the event.
We accept cash and credit cards and other digital forms of payments, no checks will be accepted.
Top Floor Lounge is not responsible for loss, damage or stolen equipment or objects left on the premises.
