A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Event Date on Company’s calendar. The Event is not on the Company calendar if the full deposit is not paid. If the Event Date changes, an additional non-refundable Deposit must be paid to reserve the new date.
The Cancellation Fee is due and payable within 20 days of the cancellation notice. The Deposit is non-refundable and is separate from the Cancellation Fee. The failure to pay any amount when due, time being of the essence, will subject the Client to all costs and expenses associated with the collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and interest at 10% per annum or the maximum rate allowed by law, until paid in full.
We accept cash, credit cards (with a 4% additional charge on any credit card transactions and ACH payment), or money orders. All payments are to be made to the Company directly.
