We also offer sleeping accommodations for up to 60 overnight guests across 6 luxury lakeside rental properties. Both venues offer indoor and outdoor event options and the property can handle groups of up to 250. Prices start at $8,750 for a Saturday event. Fridays and Sundays are $7,750 and weekdays are $6,750. Custom packages can be created for weddings under 30 guests and pricing depends on the time of year and day of the week chosen. Off-season rates apply to weddings in the months of January, February, and July - A 20% discount will be applied to any venue package. Event packages: We offer flexible payment plans for each venue package where you can spread the payments over the duration of time leading up to the event (monthly, 3 payments, and 4 payments). Any package listed below can be discounted depending on which day of the week you choose. All of the packages include pricing for 150 people (unless otherwise specified) and include tables and chairs, Full-service Day-of-Coordination, labor (parking, trash removal from events, setup and breakdown), catering kitchen, parking for 125+ cars, and cleaning. The Barn Day Package: $8,750: Perfect for larger groups with indoor and outdoor ceremony options overlooking beautiful Smith Lake. The Barn is surrounded by gorgeous trees and woods and offers unbelievable water views. The Glass House Day Package: $8,750: (can accommodate up to 40 guests): With lake views all around, the Glass House is perfect for smaller events and has a large outdoor area overlooking the lake that can seat 40. The house also has the option of adding 2000+ sq feet of outdoor covered space in the event of rain. If you would like to spend the night, each night is $1,400 (sleeps 18 guests). The Glass House Rehearsal Package: $12,250: Includes the Barn for the wedding with a Rehearsal event for up to 40 people and a two-night stay at the Glass House. Each additional night is $1,400. The Weekend Getaway Package: $17,500: Includes the Barn for the wedding and The Rehearsal event for up to 40 people at the Glass House. A two-night stay in each of our luxury homes including the Glass House, the Glass House Cottage, and two additional cottages are also included in the package. Check-in the day before the event and host up to 40 guests for a lake weekend getaway. All properties have gorgeous water views, and outdoor areas, and are within walking distance from each other. For events over 150 people, additional tables and chairs will be rented for up to 250 people.
