- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment will be made in 5 days before the event date. - Delivery fee will apply for cities that are more than 25 miles from our business. - If you would like to request custom colors and themes for your picnic, it will be an additional fee depending on what custom colors and theme you would like. - Subject to weather cancellation: If the company cancels this service due to weather related issues then the customer will get a full refund. - Emergency Cancellation By The Company: If the company cancels this service due to any emergency issues either before the event date or on the day of the event, then the customer will get a full refund. - Emergency Cancellation By The Client: If the client cancels service from the Company before the event date due to any emergency issues then the client will only get a 20% refund.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation by Company: If an event is cancelled by our company due to weather related problems or emergency, the client will get a 100% refund of their initial deposit or full deposit if the client has paid for all their services in full. Also if no initial services have been rendered by the Company, and no vendors have been secured for the Client, a full refund will also be returned by the Company. Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels services with the Company before the event date then the Client will only receive a 20% refund of their initial deposit or full deposit as deposits have been put towards services that the Company has initially rendered in securing vendors, items, and other services needed for the Client’s event before cancellation.
