- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment will be made in 7 days before the event date.
- Delivery fee will apply for cities that are more than 25 miles from our business.
- If you would like to request custom colors and themes for your picnic, it will be an additional fee depending on what custom colors and theme you would like.
- Subject to weather cancellation: If the company cancels this service due to weather related issues then the customer will get a full refund.
- Emergency Cancellation By The Company: If the company cancels this service due to any emergency issues either before the event date or on the day of the event, then the customer will get a full refund.
- Emergency Cancellation By The Client: If the client cancels service from the Company on the day of the event or seven days before the event date due to any emergency issues then the client will only get a refund of their initial deposit.
