The Apple Barn is our reception and event location. The Apple Barn event room can accommodate 60 guests. It has 3 bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible, and a full kitchen. We offer a variety of rental packages to accommodate your needs, from wedding receptions, corporate functions and staff retreats, birthday parties and special dinner parties, or a celebration of a life well lived. Amenities include tables, chairs, dishware, glassware, table settings and access to a full kitchen. The Apple Barn is our reception and event location. The Apple Barn event room can accommodate 120 guests. It has 3 bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible, and a full kitchen. The cost of $4500 includes up to two tours of the venue and an onsite wedding coordinator the day of the event. Also provided are tables, chairs, dishware, glassware and table settings. It does not include linens, centerpieces or serving ware. Right outside the Apple Barn, a rustic farm stand serves as the bar for the cocktail hour. We have a list of preferred vendors for food, alcohol, flowers, music, photographers and additional rentals. We’ll ask for a $500 deposit to hold the date. For smaller weddings (up to 20), you can also reserve the Dutton Farmhouse and have an alfresco dinner reception under a tent or in the open barn attached to the farmhouse. The ceremony site offers vistas of the orchard and beyond. The amenities and access to our vendors list are similar to the Apple Barn event room, yet includes a two night stay for up to 8 guests. The total cost for this venue is $2500.We also ask for a $500 deposit to hold the date.
