Terms and Conditions

• The DJ service will have easy access to the entrance closest to the area from which services will be performed. The entrance must not be obstructed and of adequate size to allow DJ service to get its equipment in and out efficiently. • The DJ service is not responsible for providing services in the event of fire, flood, wind, or any act of God or man that make facilities unavailable at the time, date, and place stated above. • The DJ service is not liable for damages to any person, place or thing resulting from the set up or take down of equipment. • The DJ service is to be supplied with sufficient set up area and an adequate power supply. • DJ service will be performed indoors unless otherwise specified. For outdoor events, DJ & equipment will be provided with appropriate protection • If collection becomes necessary, client agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees. • In the event the client wishes to extend the time period of the performance and both the DJ and the management agree. The rate for each additional hour shall be $ 100.00 • In the event of illness, accident, act of God or any other conditions beyond the control of Fogg Sound DJ Entertainment , we reserve the right, responsibility and the authority to replace any entertainer in order to fulfill our obligation in providing you with professional, quality service. • In the event the client wishes to cancel an event, notice must be given to Fogg Sound no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the event.
