We make fresh hot mini donuts, and mini donut ice cream sundae "Dundae" on the spot at your preferred venue location. Love My Donuts offer Vanilla, Cider-Vanilla, and Chocolate mini-donuts with an assortment of toppings- the most popular is the cinnamon sugar, powder sugar, and the chocolate dip quick toppings. WE also make "Dundae" which is a choice of vanilla, chocolate, or combination of both ice cream that is sandwiched in between plain or seasoned mini-donuts with toppings. We also offer special fruit toppings of your choice such as sliced strawberries and sliced bananas. Basic price package starts at $795.00 plus county sales tax. This basic price is for up to 4 hours and for up to 250 guests. Additional guest count beyond the 250 limit will incur additional per person charge plus tax. All products/ingredients used in this service is Kosher-Dairy. Equipment is meticulously kept very clean and sterile at all times. Love My Donuts, LLC's is fully mobile for both indoor and outdoor functions and is certified with advanced downdraft filtration and 4-points fire suppression system that is certified for indoor and under-canopy operations. It's a lot of fun to watch how the mini donuts are made from the hopper to the finished bin and right into your watery mouths! Enjoy the aroma of fresh hot fluffy bite-size mini-donuts. It is a combination of mini-donuts and ice cream sandwiched together with your choice of toppings, including an optional upgrade toppings of sliced fruits-- just like a classic sundae! Basic package pricing starts at $795.00 for up to 250 guests and for up to 4 hours. Additional extended time, additional guests count greater than 250, additional equipment for outdoor use, premium upgrade menu details, and size of guests will be custom quoted and billed plus county sales tax. Confirmed Agreement Contract requires payment due in full no later than three weeks prior to event date. Special order menu items requires full payment due prior to placing orders of menu supplies for premium upgrade menu items. Special order menu items/ingredients are final and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Special order menu items are non-refundable once paid and ordered. Contract Agreement is 75% refundable on non-special order items only and within but not greater than 5 business days from date of Contract Agreement. Payments may be paid in full or in installments, but must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to event date. On or after 30 days prior to event dates are 100% NON-refundable. For outdoor private event where electrical source is unavailable, we will provide a standard 10x10 concession tent and a portable power generator with LP fuel tanks. LP fuel tanks is billed/charged separately which will be added to Contract Agreement cost factor. Mini Donut station cart must be on flat level paved surface, if used outdoors. It cannot be used on soft earth or gravel surfaces due to weight and safety. We have all Licenses, Permits, General Liability Insurance in full force, ServSafe Food Safety & Protection Management Certificate, and all food products/ingredients are kosher certified only. We are licensed in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties only. Outdoor event is weather-permitting operation only. Can postpone event's bad weather-related only date for a confirmed rescheduled event date based on date availability without additional charge. Checks, Cash, and credit/debit cards (Master & Visa) are accepted.
