Our event building is available for half day reservations for baby showers, birthdays, meetings, etc. You can just use what you need: Open seating area & patio or add the prep kitchen &/or sound system with TV. The remote-controlled blinds can be open for a more outdoor feel, or you can close them for privacy or bad weather.

You will have use of the parking arena & event building only. This is not an exclusive use of our property so other guests may be on the grounds that are staying in our cabanas.
20% deposit required to hold your date. 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to event. Remainder of funds to be paid 30 days prior to event. Event Insurance is required as well. We have a company we use and can send information. We allow outside vendors as long as they are properly licensed and insured.
Pricing above is Per DAY - there is a 2-Day minimum. Your group has exclusive use of the pond, pool, stage, outdoor kitchen, & gazebo. It also includes lodging for 20+ people in the loft and cabanas. Other amenities we have available for extra fees are: 2 RV HookUps, space for tents & campers, covered/enclosed Event building with prep kitchen & audio package, tables & chairs.

We do require EVENT INSURANCE to be purchased for each day of the event. This is approx $175 per day.
Price includes use of the event building including the prep kitchen & audio equipment. Also includes parking arena, event lighting, stage, & gazebo. 11am - 11pm. Loud outdoor music must be turned down after 10pm. Event Insurance is required and is an additional fee... approx $175.
