Order & Payment Policies
- No Deposit Required: Orders do not require a down payment.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Unpaid orders will not be prepared.
- Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards, business checks, and ACH transfers.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
- More than 24 hours before the event: No cancellation fee.
- Within 24 hours of the event: 20% of the order total will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Modifications: Changes to your order are subject to availability.
Delivery & Setup
- Delivery Area: We serve downtown Boston and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery zones.
- Timeliness: We strive for on-time delivery but recommend scheduling your order at least 15 minutes before your event start time to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
- Setup: Drop-off catering with setup is included.
-All orders come with basic paper goods, including plates, napkins, forks, knives, dressing, and serving utensils.
-Sternos and heating equipment are available for an additional fee.

- Freshness Guarantee: Our food is made fresh daily and should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for best quality.
