Shirley Place is available for rental for any special event including weddings, social events, corporate events, parties or family gatherings. Our grounds are available for open air and tented events, and can accommodate up to 150 guests on front lawn. When renting our grounds, you will have full access to our West Lawn, orchard, tea house, and the exterior of our buildings for photos. Large and small tents are allowed on our West Lawn. No restrooms are included in this rental, and renters are responsible for contracting with portable restroom companies for outdoor rentals.

Shirley Place is available for rental for any special event including weddings, social events, corporate events, parties or family gatherings. Our Carriage House can accommodate up to 90 guests indoor only, or 120 guests for indoor-outdoor events. The building features two beautiful barn doors on either end which can be opened in the warmer months and allow your event to spill out into our Grounds. Rentals of the Carriage House include access to our grounds. The Carriage House has a handicap accessible restroom and small kitchenette with sink and refrigerator.

Shirley Place is available for rental for any special event including weddings, social events, corporate events, parties or family gatherings. Our Mansion can accommodate up to 50 guests (and events utilizing both our Mansion and West Lawn can accommodate additional guests), and is perfect for intimate gatherings with an elegant and timeless touch. Our first floor features five rooms of varying sizes. Main Floor of Mansion: Great Hall Dimensions: 15'5" x 29' Evening events must end no later than 11:00 p.m. due to neighborhood noise restrictions. Rentals of the Mansion are $215/hour. Rental rates for the Mansion + Grounds are $245/hour.
