One of the most affordable fully private options in the city, we pride ourselves on our mix of craft beer casual and Boston Seaport elegance. Events are priced based on a minimum spend, which is calculated by what we estimate the revenue to be if the section closed was open to the public. The minimum spend for the space required is dependent on time and date. The minimum is met through food and beverage purchase, and anything remaining to meet it is considered the site rental fee (for example, with a minimum of $3,000.00, if your food and beverage cost only come to $2,500, then the site rental fee would be $500). The final number is subject to MA sales tax and a 20% gratuity paid out to the bartenders.
