We rent out our Barrel Room in 3-hour blocks of time to groups up to 30 people (ages 21+). The fee covers the cost of the room rental. Food & Beverage minimums may apply dependent on date of your event.

Our private cocktail classes are two hours in length, Thursday through Sunday for groups of up to 16 guests. The class begins with a complimentary sample cocktail for each guest and a full tour of our facility. The tour includes an expanded tasting of our spirits. The class will then return to the Tasting Room and begin the actual cocktail class. The class is taught by one of our lead bartenders. The instructor will teach your group classic bar lingo, the proper shaking and stirring techniques, and how to make 2 cocktails. The bartender will also lead your group in a tasting of the different spirits ,syrups and bitters used in each cocktail. Your guests will build, shake, serve, and enjoy the cocktails themselves. If there is any time remaining at the end of the class, your guests will have the opportunity to improvise and make any cocktails using the supplied ingredients. Our cocktail class is a $1,200 flat rate that includes staff time, space rental, and all spirits, mixers, and tools used.

We rent our full venue in 3-hour blocks of time to groups up to 65 people (all ages 21+). The fee includes a room rental & acts as a bar minimum, covering all drinks up to the set amount. Any drinks ordered past that dollar amount can be added to an open bar tab covered by the host (using the card on file) or everyone can cover their own drinks. The Full Venue rental includes exclusive access to our Tasting Room where guests can order drinks from a custom cocktail list (curated by you), the Barrel Room and Lab spaces where we can set up catering and can act as extra mingling space, and our Production Floor which we can set up with cornhole and giant Jenga.
