The Smith Event Barn rents for $2,700.00 and includes 15 round tables and (8) 8ft rectangular tables and 200 white wooden chairs. (our chairs and tables are not allowed outside). You have access to the barn Friday after 4, Saturday until Midnight. (Alcohol cutoff at 11:30, exit the building by midnight.) The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, a chest freezer for ice, stove/oven, a bar and bottle cooler. There are men and women's bathrooms with 4 stalls in each. Alcohol is permitted and security is required along with a certificate of liability from your home owner's insurance policy. 200 guests are the maximum occupancy for the barn. We have added a deck onto the barn for a little more seating space.
A $300 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the date. It will be used as the refundable security deposit if the event is held. The rental fee is due 3 months prior to the event. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days if all is well. If you cancel the event, the $300 deposit will not be refunded.
