Our open desk plan offers individuals the freedom to work in a shared environment while enjoying the benefits of a professional workspace. To ensure a positive and productive experience for all open desk plan members, we have established the following policy: 1. Membership Eligibility: The open desk plan is available to individuals seeking flexible workspace solutions without the commitment of a dedicated desk. Prospective members must complete the registration process and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in our membership agreement. 2. Workspace Allocation: Open desk plan members have access to shared workspace areas designated for open desk usage. Workspace allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and any scheduled events or activities. 3. Workspace Etiquette: Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while using shared workspace areas. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure a conducive working environment for all members. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving shared workspace areas tidy for the next user. 4. Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their personal belongings while using the coworking space. Lockers or storage solutions may be available for rent to securely store belongings during working hours. 5. Collaborative Opportunities: Open desk plan members are encouraged to engage with fellow members, fostering collaboration, networking, and community building. Coworking space amenities such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and communal areas are available for members to utilize for collaborative activities. 6. Guest Policy: Open desk plan members may occasionally bring guests to the coworking space, subject to the guest policy outlined in our membership agreement. Guests must adhere to the coworking space's code of conduct and may be required to sign in upon arrival. 7. Compliance with Policies: By enrolling in the open desk plan, individuals agree to adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by nuwVision Shared Workspace. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the revocation of membership privileges and other disciplinary actions. 8. Amendments to Policy: nuwVision Shared Workspace reserves the right to amend or update this open desk plan policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be provided to all affected parties.
