This includes the use of the 5 acres, mostly under 120 year old Southern Live Oaks and large Magnolia trees and the front and side porches which have ceiling fans. The Swift bedroom (and restroom) are where the Bride and Bridesmaids can get dressed. A full kitchen for your caterer. You can have a band or DJ. Alcohol is allowed (w liability insurance). You can decorate almost anyway you would like . . . lights, flowers, arbor, tables, tents, dancefloor etc. Be creative! You can start setting up the day before and continue to set up the day of the wedding and remove decorations the day after. You will have access to the inside (Bride's room and kitchen) for up to 8 hours the day of the wedding. You can have the ceremony on the east lawn, front lawn or the front porch. We have room for 150+ chairs on the east lawn, 250 chairs on the front lawn and 70 chairs on the front porch. The reception can be on the front porch, front walkway/lawn, east lawn or wherever you like. You can use any vendors you choose and/or I can make recommendations at your request. We provide the beautiful historic location, general clean up afterwards, and lots of time to setup.
