Fredericks is owned and operated by a brother and sister team of Stuart Smith and Connie Maxam. The dining room can accommodate approximately 80 people for a buffet dinner, 100 for a sit down dinner and 125 for stand up reception. There are two separate dining rooms and one is to accommodate smaller parties and dinner meetings and the other to handle larger parties and receptions.
The lounge is available to start the night off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or to end the evening with music and dancing.
Prices vary from $20-$40 per person for dinner functions and $10-$20 per person for luncheons, depending on entrée selection and the inclusion of a cocktail reception.
