Services and Equipment
iPartyology DJ & Photobooth Services will provide professional DJ and related services for the agreed duration and scope of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to meet your music preferences, but we cannot guarantee your guests will respond favorably to your music preferences.
Equipment: iPartyology DJ & Photobooth Services will provide all necessary sound and lighting equipment for the event. In the event of equipment failure, we will make every effort to replace or repair it promptly. However, we cannot be held liable for any disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues. It is also agreed that the client must verify with the venue to make sure that proper power is available for us to use. We require 2 separate dedicated circuits. (Not sharing power with anything else on those circuits.) Failure to do so can result in poor sound quality or even possible circuit overload which results in many other problems. We are not responsible for any problems resulting from lack of power. Client assumes all responsibility. Power should be within 15 feet of our set up. If power is beyond 15 feet, we ask that 12 gauge extension cords be used, set up, plugged in and taped down for us prior to our arrival. This allows us to set up without having to run additional wires, tape them down and test them, which can consume a lot of additional time not planned for.
Client understands and agrees that if something happens to their DJ such as sickness, accident, death, strikes, civil tumult, natural disaster, or other acts of God beyond the control of the entertainer, we will attempt to replace him with another one of our DJs. If this attempt is unsuccessful, we will then attempt to reserve a DJ from one of our partner DJ companies. If we are unsuccessful and have to cancel, we will refund the full amount that has been paid by the client up until that date.
It is also agreed that when hiring a DJ for any type of outdoor event, the client will provide an alternate indoor space in case of severe weather conditions such as lightning, strong winds, precipitation, and temperatures above 95º F and below 40º F due to the electrical safety of the equipment. Also some kind of covering needs to be provided to protect equipment from the sun.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Venue and Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that the event venue allows DJs and provides suitable space and power outlets. Any additional fees or restrictions imposed by the venue are your responsibility.
Conduct and Safety: You are responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests attending the event. Any damages caused by you or your guests to the equipment or property will be your financial responsibility.
Liability: iPartyology DJ & Photobooth Services will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
It is also agreed that the client must submit their music selection via the Online Wedding Planning Forms, 2 weeks prior to the event. A link to these forms will be provided to the client after a deposit has been made.
Photos for memory photomontage should be emailed in a single email, 2 weeks prior to the event and should be saved as individual JPEG images. All scanned images must be cropped to ensure that only the picture is showing. All images should be at their highest resolution to ensure the best quality on the video.
Client understands that the event could end earlier than contracted time because of guest departure or venue rules.
