Terms and Conditions

Upon signing the contract, a 1/3 non-refundable date reservation fee is to be paid. Twelve months prior to the event dates, the second 1/3 will be due with the final 1/3 installment required 60 days prior to the event. Cash, check or e-check. The final payment may be made by credit card if desired To reserve the date(s) and time(s) for the Event, Client must deliver to Glass Haus the following: Date Reservation Fee Signed Event Rental Agreement Signed Stay Agreement Event insurance which includes general liability and host alcohol coverage as specified below In the event of a cancellation by Client: In the event of a cancellation for any reason by the Client, any money paid up to the date of cancellation is non-refundable. It is the sole discretion of Glass Haus to consider a partial refund, but it is not guaranteed. No refund will be considered without proactive notification by the Client ahead of payment due date. The parties agree and acknowledge that Glass Haus performs substantial pre-Event services on behalf of Client prior to the date of such Event, and in the event of a cancellation of the Event, Glass Haus will have lost the opportunity to offer the Venue to others and will incur additional costs in attempting to refill the cancelled dates for the Event. In the event of a cancellation by Glass Haus: In the event of Acts of God, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other natural disasters, epidemics, quarantines, terrorism, government acts, embargos, labor strikes and lock-outs, or any other similar or dissimilar events or acts beyond the control of Glass Haus (“Cancellation Events”), Glass Haus shall be permitted to cancel the Event and terminate this Agreement by providing notice to Client’s email set forth above. If Glass Haus cancels the Event and terminates this Agreement for a Cancellation Event, then the Date Reservation Fee shall be non-refundable, but any additional fees in excess of the Date Reservation Fee paid to Glass Haus will be refunded in full to the Client, and Glass Haus shall have no further obligations to Client per this Agreement.
