Terms and Conditions

In event of cancellation, unless advance notice is given by the client, before a few days before the event is scheduled, unless it is at fault of the artist, the artist may keep any deposit, to cover the possibility of him missing booking other events during that time period. The artist can provide chairs , tables, lighting if needed, he just asks for a decently lit area to set up to draw, away from loud noise, such as music, if possible

Terms and Conditions

Any balance of the unpaid fees are due the day of the event. Upon cancellation by the artist, any monies paid by the client will be refunded IN FULL, as long as it is due to no fault of the client. The artist asks for a reasonable notice of cancellation by the client should they need one, . In order to receive full refund if monies paid to the artist by the client , the artist requests a notice at the latest, within a week of the event. If for any reason, except for emergencies, the cancellation is given within the week before the event, the artist may keep the deposit, to cover any monies he may have missed , by not being able to book other clients for that scheduled date of the cancelled event. The artist can provide his own chairs, table, light if needed, etc. The client should plan to place him away from loud music, and in a decent lit area to ensure the best drawings possible.
