Weddings at the German Club Manor are elegant, private, and easy. Destination weekend wedding reservations grant access from Friday - Sunday to ease setup and take down, with a coordinator on-site to ensure your needs are met in a timely fashion. With ample Ballroom space and access to almost all of the first floor (nearly 10,000 sq ft), patio area, and lawn, the Manor can comfortably accommodate weddings up to 280 people seated (500 standing) in our Ballroom. Included in a weekend wedding reservation at the Manor is full-access to our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Guest House on the property. Ideal for relatives, bridal showers, or the happy couple themselves, our guests love the convenience of the on-site accommodations. Single day wedding/reception rentals are also available. - An event availability calendar is published on the German Club webpage at https://vtgc.net.
- Due to the German Club Manor's proximity to Virginia Tech's Lane Stadium and our internal alumni events, autumn wedding dates are not available during any Virginia Tech Hokies home football game weekend.
- For reservations during the Virginia Tech academic school year, the German Club Manor is available for contracting for the next academic year, beginning mid-late March of each year.
