The adjacent dining area has a large maple slab table with ample seating for 6-8 and a gorgeous woodstove. The newly constructed second story has a large bedroom with queen bed, desk and vintage furniture. The loft area outside of the bedroom contains three twin XL beds and two closets. A half bath services both sleeping areas.

An open-concept main floor provides ample space for cooking and lounging and features a large custom kitchen and slab wood dining table, log walls, large picture windows with forest views, in-floor heat, A/C, and of course a beautiful woodstove for those chilly winter days. The Green Gate Barn Home is our 1935 hay barn deconstructed in 2007 then meticulously rebuilt into the modern, breathtaking architectural experience it is today. The main floor begins with a foyer and half-bath, which opens to a roomy kitchen and living space. The kitchen contains professional appliances and cookware, a farm sink, a 9 foot white pine bar, and hand formed concrete countertops. The loft area is separated into semi-private spaces. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with organic linens and comforters, timber-framed elements, reclaimed wide plank flooring and vintage decor. The larger of the two bedrooms also contains a twin bed. The second story of the attached silo houses the main bathroom with custom fixtures and a refurbished 1928 claw foot tub/shower.

The Green Gate Log Cabin proves that big things can come in small packages; you'll discover everything you need in this cozy well-appointed home with a minimal footprint. The 15' x 15' floorplan includes a kitchen, dining table, sofa and wood stove, plus a full bathroom neatly tucked below the loft staircase. The well-appointed kitchen on the main floor includes a 2-burner gas cooktop, farm sink, concrete countertops, an undercounter refrigerator/freezer, coffemaker, microwave, and professional cookware/serving ware for 2-3 guests. A countertop convection oven is also provided in the nearby closet should you need it. The upper floor provides a cozy resting space with a full-sized platform bed, reclaimed oak flooring, vaulted ceiling, air conditioning, DVD player, and great views of the surrounding forests.
