PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 20% of total, due seven days after receiving this contract made payable to Olivia Jones is required to guarantee the booking of this event. Remaining balance shall be paid at any point before the performance. Payment is accepted by cash, check, paypal, or venmo. CANCELLATION If the client cancels the performance, they must directly contact Olivia Jones at least 14 days prior to the event. If the performance is cancelled within 7 days of the event, there is a $100 cancellation fee, due within 7 days of cancellation. The deposit is nonrefundable. GENERAL POLICIES -If the ceremony is outdoors, the client will provide protection from sun, wind, and precipitation. -Client will ensure that a piano in acceptable condition is provided at the ceremony venue for the performance unless arrangements have been made for Olivia to bring a keyboard. -The performer may inspect the piano prior to the performance and require it to be tuned/repaired before the performance. -Parking will be secured for the performer at least one hour prior to performance time (preferably very close to the venue). -The performer reserves ten minutes of break time for every fifty minutes of continuous music. -If the performer becomes sick or other special circumstances occur related to the performer, the event will be cancelled without any additional fee. -If any of these policies are violated or denied by the client, the event will be cancelled and aforementioned cancellation fee of $100 is due 7 days after termination of contract.
