Terms and Conditions
*LJCC members and 501(c)(3) organizations qualify for a 25-30% rental fee discount.
*Renter is responsible for general cleanup (clearing tables, cleaning up food, etc.).
*Renter shall replace damaged, destroyed, lost, or stolen LJCC property.
*Renter assumes responsibility for all claims, damages, or actions arising out of their use of the
facility, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the LJCC and its employees from any such actions and charges.
*Renter shall be responsible for a $150 cleaning fee if rental space is left excessively dirty.
*In addition to all LJCC policies and procedures, the renter is subject to any and all city ordinances and state laws regarding alcoholic beverages, drugs, gambling, firearms, etc.
*The LJCC reserves the right and authority to deny or revoke any reservation upon finding a
violation of any rule or regulation or upon good cause shown.
*Credit card charges will be subject to 2.5% credit card surcharge (which can be avoided by using EFT for payment).
*A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure rental.
*Balance of rental is due five (5) days before rental date. Any unpaid amounts within five days of rental date will allow the LJCC to cancel the rental agreement and retain the deposit.
*A rental cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the rental date for any refund to be considered. In the event of a no-show without the required 72-hour cancellation, no refund will be given and the renter will be responsible for the total amount of the rental agreement.
*A current certificate of insurance (COI) is required if a 3rd party vendor will be at your event (DJ, bounce house, etc.).

*In the case of anticipated inclement weather, the renter will have the opportunity
to reschedule their party before it starts. Once the party begins, no refund will be given if the pool is closed for inclement weather.
*Children who are not toilet-trained are required to wear i play-brand reusable swim diapers (available at the LJCC Welcome Desk). If the pool is closed due to a fecal accident, the responsible party will be fined $500.
