Garden Wedding and Reception (Maximum of 125 people): $1,500.00 for 6 hours* – This fee includes use of the gardens, gazebo and BBQ/caterer’s area; tables with white linen tablecloths and fresh flowers; folding chairs; the bride’s dressing room; access to the interior of the home on the day of the event for photos and access to the facility the day before the ceremony for rehearsal. *In order to comply with the City of Biggs municipal code your event must be concluded by 10:00 PM. Parlor and Dining Room (Maximum of 35 people): $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours The property offers a variety of unique backdrops for wedding and family photos. Please call for pricing if you’d like to book the facility for a photo session. Refundable security deposits will be based on the size and type of event with a minimum of $300.00. We’re pleased to offer customized catering menus for parties. In addition, personalized rental packages can be created to meet your specific event needs.
