The Garden Party allows you to choose from 2 lush and secluded gathering spaces: The Riverside lawn, at the northern tip of the village grounds, is a refined and relaxed space to dine, sip, and celebrate along the big sur river. The South Lawn is an elevated creekside lawn lined with coast redwood trees, an idyllic space to host an event perched above the tributary where the creek meets the Big Sur River.
The Garden Party is available for event bookings Wednesday through Sunday. Choose from two reservation windows: 9:00AM - 2:00PM brunch service or 4:00 - 10:00PM dinner service.

The dynamic duo of partial buyouts: The village social combines 1800 square feet of sheltered gallery space featuring an ornamental, hand-split redwood ceiling. Three floor-to-ceiling roll up doors cultivate versatility and and open-air environment opening up to a lush lawn area. With this indoor-outdoor combination site, the possibilities for event design and personalization are vast.

The ultimate guest experience: The entire village is yours for the making of your dream event. The Village Buyout includes an expansive use of The Village property and grounds including: riverside lawn, creekside lawn, stone patio, indoor bar, outdoor bar, outdoor dining areas, two interior dining rooms, 1800 square feet of open-air gallery space, and private parking.
The Village Buyout is available 7-days a week for event bookings. Choose from two reservation windows: 4:00 - 10:00PM or 2:00 - 8:00PM. We offer flexible vendor access windows and our Director of Events will work to coordinate with your vendor team and guests for a smooth service from set-up to service to breakdown.

Our base dinner menu offers a bespoke approach to simple dining. The Little Sur dinner menu includes a seasonal field greens salad, two entree selections, and a dessert course. First and mains are served family-style to guests' tables. Choose two entrees from the following categories: plant, sea, land. All entrees are accompanied with chef's selection of seasonal sides. The dessert course is individually plated for each guest and pairs nicely with our coffee service add-on.

An additional 10% per person charge (in addition to price per guest) will be added to any additions made after the final headcount deadline.
Our mid-tier dinner menu is an expansive, family-style feast. The Mount Manuel Menu includes bread service, seasonal field greens salad, two entree selections, an additional side, and a dessert course. Choose two entrees from our three categories: plant, sea, land. Dessert courses are individually plated for each guest. Level up bread service for your gluten-free guests with our marinated olives menu add-on.

Our top tier dinner menu is served individually plated, allowing you to elevate this menu selection with our curated wine pairing add-on. This dining experience includes bread service, a seasonal field greens salad with premium ingredients, your choice of two premium entrees for split-entree service. Guests may select one of your two choices from premium plant, premium sea, or premium land entrees. The dinner service concludes with a premium dessert course. We will gladly accommodate individual dietary restrictions and provide substitutions for guests with serious allergies for all special requests submitted 21 days prior to event, allowing hosts to choose menu selections freely.
