Year round lodging property in Catskill Mountains with event space, restaurant with a full bar, spacious lawn surrounded by beautiful and peaceful nature, perfect for a tent or outdoor event activities. Esopus creek is behind the lawn and runs through the property. The property also offers 7 wood cabins with 2-3 bedrooms, TV, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, outdoor firepits, bbq grills as well as hotel rooms with two full beds and a bathroom. Camping is also allowed. Fast and free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

For events for groups of 10 people or more we rent cabins and or hotels. Hotel per night stay is $415 and has 2 beds to fit 4 people Cabins with 2 rooms that have 1 large bed in 1 room and 2 single twin beds in the other room is $380. Cabins with 3 rooms come with 3 big beds to accommodate 6 people. In total there a 2 cabins with 3 rooms and 5 cabins with 2 rooms and then we have a hotel that has 5 rooms. Our cabins have a bathroom and living space along with a kitchen. A personal outdoor firepit and BBQ grills are onsite for fun outdoor cooking. The hotel has a shared fridge, toaster, coffee machine area and also a communal firepit outdoors and can BBQ if needed. The Lodge has a bar and a restaurant. Currently we have a private caterer cook and bring in food and can share the menu as they are seasonal and mostly organic. Our last event people brought in their home favorite dish and heated it up in the cabins and also did a bbq together and walked into the restaurant to serve their guests as they wanted to show they were exceptional hosts while combining their food to our catered food, so it felt a little more special for all. We are pet friendly. We also do retreats. Hiking is one of the most famous events with yoga. We also rent out the bar and restaurant area if you have a license to host a private event. The area is famous for hiking trails and ski resort is next to us. There is also a special wedding venue nearby and often the excess of guests trickle down to us and stay here. Those on a budget and seeking a personal small private wedding is possible on our property. We were so overbooked the other year we allowed guests to bring tents at their own discretion and camp outside and they also bunked up in our screen terrace room that is normally used for spa massage packages. Breakfast is $12 per head, lunch $28, Dinner $36 including tax.

Bring your UR Tents for outdoor camping night and hold a pizza party in our restaurant up to 80 guests indoors and if needed 150 outdoors. Walk across the lawn and follow the trail to our water creek. Lots of trails , hiking, fishing, skiing and beaches in the area.
